Served by one of our friendly waiting staff who will take your order once seated.

  • Egg and prawn salad

Plump prawns and chunks of Free Range eggs bound with a whisky and wholegrain mustard served on a bed of salad with brown bread and butter.

  • Harlequin melon

Pearls of assorted melon drizzled with Summer Fruits and a serving of sorbet.

  • Cauliflower and smoked Applewood soup, served with a crusty roll
  • Duck and orange pate

Quenelles of pate bordered with salad leaves and served with mini French toasts

Tender cubes of beef, slowly cooked with red onions, button mushrooms, swede and carrots in a rich stout gravy

Turkey Wellington

Juicy layers of turkey breast alternated with a smoked bacon and mushroom stuffing wrapped in a blanket of puff pastry.

Salmon Tower

Moist fillets of salmon stacked and coated with a cascade of watercress sauce
Served with a selection of interesting vegetables
